COMCASH proudly announces Liquor Monitor, a free pour wireless Liquor Monitoring system. Now Bars, Nightclubs and Restaurants don't have to accept losses from 20%-40% due to over pours and drink giveaways. With visibility of every pour in real time of each liquor brand, Bar/Nightclub and Restaurant owners for the first time will be able to manage their liquor pours and improve their profits.
Liquor Monitor can be purchased either as a standalone or integrated with COMCASH POS or third party POS systems such as Micro's, Aloha, Digital Dining etc.
Standalone: (no POS required) Liquor Monitor will tell you what liquor brand was poured, how much was poured and the time of the pour. It will also let you know if anyone takes the spout off during business hours preventing unauthorized pours.. Now owners don't have to be confrontational with their bartenders because they will have real time information of what was poured instead of having to guess. Liquor Monitor provides a consumption report showing how many bottles of liquor have been poured substantially reducing the time to count your inventory. In addition a "How to Make a Drink" program is included as a training tool.
